Each 60-minute online counselling session is $98 AUD, with a 10% concession available for students and those experiencing financial hardship. No referral or mental health care plan is required. You can book directly and avoid the long waitlists!

Payments are due in full 24 hours prior to the appointment date. Payments can be made via direct debit.

At this stage, Elaine does not accept private health insurance or Medicare rebates for telehealth sessions. However, session fees have been thoughtfully set with affordability in mind - often comparable to, or even less than, the out-of-pocket gap many clients pay after claiming a rebate with other providers. This approach allows flexibility and accessibility, without the limitations that can sometimes come with rebate systems.

Life happens - we completely understand! If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
